Upgrade customer tiers manually
You could manually upgrade tiers for some special customers from Customer details tab.
To upgrade tier manually:
In the Customer data tab, click on a member’s name
In customer profile section on the left side, find VIP Tier row. Here you can see the current tier of that Customer.
Click on the pen icon to upgrade tier
Select the tier your customer will be placed to
Click on Upgrade VIP Tier button
Customers who have been upgraded their tier will receive rewards and benefits for that tier.
