How birthday reward points works
When your customers log in/sign up to become members of your loyalty program, they will see various point-earning ways that you set up for them, including birthday reward points. Customers are able to fill in their birthdays from their end on the widget. This information can only be managed by customers so you cannot manually change it from your end.
Happy birthday reward can only be applied once a year. You can decide whether a customer should get rewarded points for their birthday this year if they enter a date that is in the next 30 days. If not, they will be rewarded the following year on that date.
