How to send a test email

Sending test emails aims to check whether the automated emails’ customization displays correctly.

Kindly follow these steps to send test emails:

– From BON Admin, choose the Email tab.

– Click on the specific email that you want to send the test email.

– Click the Send Test Email button > Type the email address you want to receive the test email in the box

– Check your mailbox

Note: You can only be able to send 1 test email/5 minutes. We already added default info for the attributes in the test emails.
