Manage your customer list

How customers data are synced
When you install the app, the customers’ accounts from Shopify will be automatically synchronized to BON loyalty. New creating accounts are also included in the program.
To see the list, from the main Dashboard please go to Customers > Customer data. You can filter them by 6 different categories:
  • Keywords: Search by customer’s name or email
  • Points: Search by the total points of customers’ accounts, display ascending or descending
  • Created: Search by the time accounts were created
  • VIP Tiers: Filter customers based on their tiers
After filling in the above categories, click Search to filter the customer list.
The note at the top of the page lets you know your synchronization process, click Contact us to quickly chat with our support team in case there is any problem.
Unfinished synchronization
If the synchronization hasn’t finished, a blue note will appear to let you know how many customers have been successfully synced to BON.
Please note that the number of customers synced may be updated after 24 hours. After 24 hours if the sync process is not finished, please click contact us in the note so that we can manually sync the customers data for your store.
Note: even when the synchronization hasn’t finished, customers who are not synced can be imported into BON loyalty program when they sign in your store again.
