How social media points works

Rewarding your customers when they interact with your brand on social media platforms can help your brand to increase its recognition and become more viral. There are various rules related to social media in BON loyalty program, which you can find in the Point programs > Earn points tab > Social Media group.

In order to count those actions effectively, your customers have to directly click the interacting options within BON program. Since Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Linkedin do not allow third-party applications to interfere with their systems, if your customers like, follow or share your social media accounts outside this loyalty program, their actions will not be recognized.
