How social media points works
Rewarding your customers when they interact with your brand on social media platforms can help your brand to increase its recognition and become more viral. That's the reason why various point-earning rules related to social media are added in our loyalty program, which you can find in the Earn points tab > Social group.
In order to count those actions effectively, your customers have to directly click the interacting options within BON program. Since Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok do not allow third-party applications to interfere with their systems. Therefore, if your customers like, follow or share your social media accounts outside this loyalty program, their actions will not be recognized.
