Manage your customer's activities
Tracking the activities of customers using BON Loyalty is important to help you assess the performance of your reward program easier so that you can make adjustments on time.
From the Dashboard, go to Customers to view the list.
To see the information of a specific account, click on a member’s name. A new window will show up with more detailed information about that member. You will be able to see specific info including the member’s birthday, who referred that member, the last time being seen and the customer tag.
Click View on Shopify to see the account on your Shopify admin.
All the customers’ activities through BON loyalty will be shown by 4 different tabs:
  • Earning points
  • Redeem points
  • Referral activity
  • Order history
