Adjust customer point balance
Besides giving your customers various chances to earn points, one great way to strengthen the bond between your store and your customers is to manually give them points on some specific occasions. In this way, your customers will feel like they are appreciated, recognized and they can know how important they are to you.
To adjust a customer's points, kindly refer to the Customers tab > Click on a member's name. A new window will show up with more detailed information about that member. You can take a look at the Total points info > Click on the pen icon to adjust his/her points. You can also be able to minus his/her points by entering a negative number in the box. After that, you have to enter the reason for this adjustment since this note from you will show up on your customer's end.
