Adjust customer point balance
On some specific occasions, you may want to give customers points manually to strengthen the bond and emphasize customers' importance to your store.
To adjust a customer's points, kindly refer to the Customers tab > Click on a member's name. A new window will show up with more detailed information about that member. You can take a look at the Total points info > Click on the pen icon to adjust his/her points. You can also be able to minus his/her points by entering a negative number in the box. After that, you have to enter the reason for this adjustment.
